Example

Positive- I am as strong as you. 

Comparative- You are not stronger than I.

5. Ram is as intelligent as Rahim. 

B. Making comparative (from negative form) : 

Example 

Positive : I am not as strong as you.

3. Assam is not small as Tripura. 

4. She is not as intelligent as her mother.

Supelative - Everest is the highest peak in the world. 

Comparative - Everest is higher than any other peak in the world. 

Positive - No other peak in the world is as high as Everest.

F. Making positive and comparative(from negative form):  

Example 

Superlative - India is not the biggest country in the world. 

Comparative - India is not bigger than some other countries in the world.

Positive - Some other countries in the world are at least as big as Russia.

G. As soon as ... No sooner

Positive : As soon as the rain stopped, we started to play. 

Comparative : No sooner did the rain stop than we started to play. 

Or

No sooner had the rain stopped than we started to play.

2. As soon as he spoke, everyone protested.

Superlative - Very few students in the class are as intelligent as Samir.
